"Thank you to everyone who completed the anonymous staff survey.

We appreciate the honesty and want staff to know the feedback will be looked into seriously. Over the coming weeks we will be introducing a few small changes accordingly, including clearer team updates and reviewing some internal processes to improve day-to-day workflow.
